By popular demand, we will be bringing in Ashton Lewis to give his talk, titled "A Practical Brewer's View of pH."

Ashton Lewis

Ashton Lewis joined RahrBSG in December 2016 and serves as Technical Product Manager. Prior to RahrBSG, he was master brewer at Springfield Brewing Company (1997-2019). For 30 years, he has been the technical editor for Brew Your Own magazine and holds an M.S. in Food/Brewing Science from UC Davis.

Master Brewers reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any Master Brewers sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in Master Brewers. Any course of action recommended by Master Brewers is final.
