Kelly Braniff

Kelly Braniff, CAE, CFRE

Executive Director

Kelly Braniff, CAE, CFRE, AE-MBA, serves as Executive Director of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA), where she leads the organization’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and member engagement initiatives. With a strong background in association management and nonprofit leadership, Kelly has been working in the association sector since 2018 and in nonprofit leadership roles since 2020. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Kelly is particularly focused on fostering inclusive participation, integrating innovation, and building strong relationships.

A New Orleans native now based in Nashville, Kelly enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and hiking. Outside of her professional work, she can often be found cheering on her two sons as they compete in collegiate and high school rugby.

Stephanie Jensen

Stephanie Jensen, CAE

Deputy Director

Stephanie Jensen is a seasoned association management professional with more than 12 years of experience helping organizations thrive. She earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation, the highest credential for association management professionals, and holds a degree in international economics and certificate in non-profit management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Stephanie currently lives in Seattle, Washington, and is passionate about advancing the work of associations.

Member Services Coordinator

Rachel is the primary point of contact for member inquiries and district support. She manages the member database, processes renewals, and assists in innumerable ways to ensure a positive member experience.

Education & Events Manager

Lindsey Boadi is an accomplished Education & Events Manager with a strong background in association management, strategic event planning, and program development. With experience supporting conferences, educational initiatives, and member engagement efforts, Lindsey brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every project she leads. She is inspired by the opportunity to create meaningful experiences that bring people together, foster learning, and drive lasting impact.

Lindsey is motivated by the knowledge that her work supports connection, growth, and purpose within the communities she serves. She thrives in collaborative environments and values the creativity that comes with designing and executing high-quality events and education programs.
